"I read the past posting but the email I got same day let me know this order was b/o until 01/12/2012 and I can cancel anytime prior to shipping. Cancel option is important to me. So I didn't cancel the order.
Received tracking last week with FDX 2 day upgraded at no cost and delivered today. Wow!

Great up to date status online and email updates that kept me posted (confirm, status, status, and tracking emails).

"Failed to Ship product that was paid for 14 days earlier. Shipped partial shipment on day of contact, after request to cancel order. Refused to refund payment until merchandise was returned at our expense of return shipping. Dispute currently filed with Paypal. Poor Customer service, Poor shipping, and adverstise products that they cannot provide. Please heed warnings from other buyer's negative experiences. This is not someone you want to shop with. "

"HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!
Did I mention they are HORRIBLE!
I placed ordered on 7.15.2011 for two part numbers (6100W and 6300W), qty 100 of each. After all orders finally arrived I had received 27 pcs to many of 6300W and 27pcs to little of the 6100W. They insist I received the correct amountof each item. We have had 4 different people count and look at the items, they are still asking me to count again! HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO DO THIS!
The past two weeks I have tried to reach them several times via phone and via email. They do not respond to either one nor do they return the phone messages left for them.
I now have to go order 27 more pcs of the 6100W from another vendor so I can keep my end customer happy. I will be calling credit card company and filing a complaint about the charges on my card for product I have not received.

TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW - NEVER - NEVER - NEVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!

"Worst customer service!

My order was placed on 8/29/10 and is still on backorder. No one ever answers their phone and your lucky if they respond to every third email if at all. They keep telling me the mfgr is out of stock or having parts problems. I contacted the mfgr and they say they have stock but ABC does not buy direct from them. I still don't have the part I ordered. For 8 weeks we've been told the part will ship "this week". The prices on their site are good but even if I finally get my part I'll never order from ABC again! Neither should you!

"Bad! Bad! Bad!
My order was on backorder for 2 months and didn't hear anything from ABC until I contacted them via email. Could never get ahold of anyone with their phone number on the website(always goes to voicemail). After leaving voicemails and emails, I got an email back two weeks later and they sent me three different ship dates. I still don't have the part I ordered. For a company that sells phone systems, they have the worst phone system I've ever heard. Why have a phone number if no one ever picks up the phone or replies to voicemails. If you need something fast, don't order from ABC! Out of the 100s of internet companies I order from they are the worst. This is the first bad review I've ever had to write.
