"In the past I have ordered from ABC ink/Meritline and was very satisfied. I placed an order over a month ago and have still not received my ink. I have sent numerous emails and placed phones calls with no resolution. I am very sorry I tried to use this company again. "
"I have bought from ABC for 3 years with no problems. This time:
I never got a confirmation email for nearly a week.
I waited 2 weeks for it to ship, then I emailed them, got a response days later.
I got email that it had shipped, but when I tried the tracking # days later the shipper siad it still had not arrived.
When it arrived I noticed that all the use by date boxes had new silver stickers on them. When I peele them off I saw that all the12 ink cartridges were expired, some by 9 months.
On 2 boxes there was no expiration date under the Use by heading and it ony siad Made in China.
I will not use this old ink in my printer. Given what I have read I'm guessing they will not refund my money or pay for the return shipping. What do I do with all this ink?
And I'm about to run out of what little I have left.
"
"ink cartridge guaranteed for 30 days didn't last that long. They said they will take it back within that time if you pay for the postage not worth the effort to return it . I have used" inkfarm" without any problems.

"My most recent transactions with ABC were positively the most egregious exchanges (on several issues) in personal memory. ABC ink is currently (as of 05/20/17) selling "re manufactured" Epson cartridges meant to satisfy the ink needs of EPSON Workforce 7620 owners. The short version of this story is that the carftridges they sold me caused my printer to issue warnings which I figured were simply EPSON's attempt to corner their ink market (which they certainly DO). I believed ABCink was on the up and up and wouldn't sell product that would ACTUALLY jeopardize the life and health of my printer... so I proceeded to print. This resulted in my printer getting around 20 copies out and then one by one, all the jets shut down or clogged up. I tried several methods of cleaning and several software solutions before admitting defeat and buying a new printer. Thinking that perhaps it wasn't the ink that caused my printer's demise, I tried the ABC ink in the new printer as well, with the same warnings being issued. With the guilty culprit discovered, I decided to take a serious look at what ABC ink had sold me. It was obvious right off that there were differences (e.g. the IC chip was different, as well as the optical ink level window on the bottom of the cartridge), but when I peeled back ABCink's label I found it was what appeared to be a brand new EPSON T0693 (69) cartridge with all its original stickers and seals intact. The older cartridge clearly is not an equitable replacement for the EPSON 252XL cartridge and these will destroy any Workforce 7620 they meet.
So with this data and photographs to support my complaint, I went to ABC to ask for compensation. I let them know under no circumstance will their cartridges work for folks with the Workforce 7620 and I got the most annoying exchange of delay tactics, and strained condescension I have ever experienced from a serious company. In the end, they offered me $50 for my trouble (this did not even cover the price of the ink I had purchased) I was actually out about $150 in unusable ink, and the printer cost of $200. If I hadn't nipped the ink in the bud, it would have destroyed two printers. and still the worst Consumer Relations department in the world would be telling me "we are prepared to send you $50."...ABC is NOT a-ok!

"After 8 A3+ prints the yellow cartridge completely clogged the yellow print head on my Canon i9900 printer. This was only abcInk cartridge in the printer, the rest were OEM. This the only time in four years that I ever had a clogged print head in this printer. It took two cleaning cycles with the replacement yellow OEM cartridge to clear the print head. I threw the rest of the unused abcInk I had bought in the trash.

"In order to get a low price, I ordered several ink cartridges. When they arrived, I checked each box to make sure I received the right ones. Everything looked good, and I used them as usual.
Last week, I need to replace my magenta cartridge. When I opened the box, I discovered that it contained the wrong cartridge. It was magenta, but it was for a different printer. I checked the box label again. It was mislabeled, making me think it contained the correct cartridge.
I contacted ABCInk, and they said I reported their error too late to get a refund. Too late? Just because I didn't open every box when they arrived, I can't get a refund?
That's their rule. Even though it is clearly their fault, they wouldn't refund the purchase.
I asked them if they were willing to lose a long-term customer over this $4.17 cartridge. They just reiterated that this is their rule.
I have a rule. I don't buy from companies that have such a terrible rule. Goodbye forever, ABCInk."
"Been using their HP75XL & HP75XL cartridges for > 1 yr now. They have always been fast in order fulfillment. Quality of ink is good, no perceivable difference from OEM cartridges. One time a cartridge failed after a couple of months. Printer kept insisting that it cannot detect presence of a cartridge. I call customer service and a new one was mailed to me in a couple of days."

REALLY?!"
"Bought HP C8721WN (HP 02) Remanufactured Black Inkjet Cartridge. Clogged and ruined both my printers. Stay away from ABCink."
"Very bad Quality. I have ordered other re manufactured inks before but this time I bought four of them and two of them are defective and they wont take the responsibility or guarantee saying that it is more than 6 months old. Who is going to use all the inks in 6 months it is ridiculous. I wont order from them again even if it is free."
"I've orders a few times from ABCink before and never had a problem or needed to return. Their ink quality was never great, but for my needs it was fine. In my last purchase I ordered various colors and black. The black is super faded and barely readable unless you set the quality to high. The colors are not true to what they should be, so the printed pages color ends up looking bad and faded. I wouldn't recommend this ink to even print a newspaper. By the way, every time you order ink from them it's a different manufacturer, so a purchase there is a role of the dice. This time I got G & G. Blech..."
"Bad customer service, don't buy more than what you need. They offer refund or return, they will turn you down even only exchange. I had been order from them more than 6 years. They can treat loyal customer like that, it proof even worse with the new one. I will never do business with this company any more. They are not very cheap with few dollars for the original one, you will have better protection & service. "
"I always ordered toner cartridges from them but their return policy will make it my last order with them. Made a mistake and ordered a drum unit instead of the toner cartridge. An hour after i got the item delivered i got an RMA number and was told about a 15% re-stocking fee. I've never heard of being charged a re-stocking fee on an UNOPENED item!! "
"ABCink is the same company as Meritline which has terrible service. I have ordered a couple times from them and the only good thing you can say about them is they are cheap in price. I ordered compatible Canon Inkjet cartridges that were no good and leaked all over my printer. Some were only half full of ink. They sent me replacements and they were bad too. Finally I wanted a refund after trying to make it right. They wanted to charge me for shipping back the bad cartridges they sent me. I just bought a couple cartridges from ABCink and the shipping and processing is horribly slow. It took them 3 days to even ship my order. Communication with them is useless they don't answer emails and can never give you a delivery date. They sell cheap cartridges of inferior quality that may or may not work. Their customer service is horrible. Why would anyone buy from these people? Unfortunately I didn't know ABCink was the same as Meritline until after I placed my small order. We will see if they get it right this time since it's impossible to cancel an order. Do not buy from these people to save a couple bucks you will be sorry!!!!!"
"Ordered at least 3 times from ABCInk.com. On all these orders the merchandise:
- shipped within 1 business day
- arrived well packaged and in excellent condition
- item count and type were correct (commendable due to the variety of bulk-order options they offer)
Have not had to return any items or contact customer service.
Their web site could use some improvement in tracking order history."
