"Shameful, item came damaged. It took 4 days for Acity to make a decision on who's fault this was, theirs or the shippers. Final decision was to send us a new top. We have to take all electrical and mechanical items off damaged top and put on new one. No instructions, no attempt at reimbursing for our time. This was one of the worst online purchases I have ever done. Customer support at ACITYDISCOUNT is non-existant. I was promised numerous callbacks and recieved none when promised.
