“Hi! We really appreciate you taking the time to provide all this great feedback. Due to the nature of the imprinting process, it’s difficult to provide you an estimated delivery date up front. Your production time will be affected by the type of artwork you requested for your order, as well as how long it takes for you to approve it. The estimated delivery date will be included in your order confirmation, just not in your web order acknowledgement.
We will certainly look into providing more information on the cart screen as you suggest. We are constantly looking for ways to make the order process easier for our customer.
