"Great experience overall. I saw their ad on PriceWatch.com. I try to always look for reviews before buying from someplace new. This company didn't have many and had even less recent reviews, but what was there was good overall. They had exactly the hardware I wanted, which was 2 Giga-byte motherboards K8NSC-939 and 2 Athlon 64's 3200+ 939, all retail box, for the best prices I could find. I placed my two orders, one of each per order, different billing info on each. Here I had trouble, when I viewed order history the info for one order was missing details, and a third order had somehow shown up also missing details, maybe because of the same name, different info, I don't know. I called their number listed on the website and immediately got an answer. I gave him my order numbers and the gentleman pulled it up right away and told me he saw the problem when the orders entered the system and thought I had duplicated by accident and deleted the two orders with incomplete information. We worked out the correct details over the phone and my orders were processed without any further problems. UPS delayed the delivery, which was supposed to be a Friday, until the next Monday due to what their tracking said was a late train causing a delay in transit. It was ground shipping anyway, no big deal and that's why they say 7-10 days and not just 7 days. I would definitely buy from them again and recommend them to friends."
"Purchased a Sony external DVD-D26A Burner. DVD burner worked but the USB case did not. Sent it back at a cost of 24.00 and they replaced it with one that had the same problem. Should have read the reviews before I bought. Looks like they operate in extremes. They do OK or really bad. I would say it’s a gamble doing business with AIC Micro."

"They sold me faulty merchandise, gave me a hard time about getting a refund, chastised me for having the audacity to actually complain; And then, finally aquiesed on a refund "minus shipping and handling" which I had to pay to have the item shipped to me, and then shipped back {a total of thirty dollars}, and also minus a "restocking fee" in which they charged me to put their repaired broken merchandise back on the shelf!
Incidently, they denied that the product I sent back to them {A DVD-RW burner} was even broken; and have STILL not made good on the promised refund- though it was promised days ago {as of this writing}.

"I had never bought from this company before. But, they had a pretty good rating so I gave them a try. I was not dissapointed. My order was processed quickly. I got the right part & it was delivered in 3 days like it was supposed to.
A confirmation e-mail was sent after purchase & a follow up the next day to determine order status & tracking via UPS. That's all I ever ask for. Be professional. AICMICRO did a fine job & I would definately buy from them again. "

I was building a computer for my brother in law and had him to order his parts from aic micro. I had never done business with them before, they seemed to have good prices. We ordered an asus motherboard combo with an xp 2800 hundred processor and samsung 512mb of enhanced pc3200 ram. they shipped us the correct motherboard and processor, but sent us kingston value ram in place of the samsung. original invoice number was 1012978, rma number for returning the ram was 072803-2. we sent the ram back on july 28th 2003 and have still not received a credit for the ram that they charged us 100.00 even for. I would not recommend anyone doing business with them. for several reasons, one being that they sent us the wrong part and even noted on the invoice they knew it was wrong and still sent it, then have not credited my brother in laws account and it has been over a month. we have called them and they have received the ram, but still have not returned our money to the account.

"I ordered an Epox 8rda+ from these guys, it turned out to be dead. So I RMA'd it within their small window of 15 days. When I called to confirm that they recieved it they said they would test it and then ship out a new motherboard if it turned out to be broken. I called 3 days later to check the status, and Felix of the RMA dept. confirmed the board was dead and going back to the manufacturer. He refused to send me a replacement 8rda+ until he got the dead replacement back from Epox. I thought this was ridiculous and demanded he send out a replacement or I would be forced to cancel my order and dispute any charges with the credit card company, as well as report them to the BBB, whos logo they display on their website. After all the same person told me that he would test it and send a replacement just 3 days earlier. This guy Felix was trying to delay for some unknown reason. I asked the sales person if they had any Epox 8rda+'s in stock and they said yes, they had them in stock. When I asked Felix if they had them in stock, he immediately said they didn't and I would have to wait for Epox to send back a replacement. I called Felix on this and said I had checked the stock before I talked to him, after few seconds he HUNG UP! I immediately called back and asked to speak with the manager or supervisor in charge and was told he wasn't in. I explained the situation to the person answering the phones that I was hung up on and said I would be reporting them to the BBB and my credit card company for what Felix in the RMA dept. did. This got her attention and she said she would send an Epox 8rda+ out today and I would have a tracking number tommorrow. We'll see..."
