"Ordered a Canon 60d w/lens kit and w/free shipping on a Sunday and received by Wednesday. Lowest price I can find anywhere. They did ask if I wanted SD card and extra battery, no pitch for warranty or anything else. I declined all offers. Customer service was excellent. The shipping and insurance fee was excessive at $61.00 and the free carrying case was worthless but the final price was still hundreds lower then other retail outlets. Another thing to look for is to make sure the product is USA market not import. I would definitely buy from again and recommend. "
"Bought Canon 60D from this seller. The camera came on 11/12/2010. Everything is perfect. You have to call them back to confirm the address. They did ask me to buy some accessories but I said "NO" then they are still happy to process my order. Price is very low for a new Camera plus free shipping (only 3+ days). "I am very unhappy with their service and I have not yet received the order.
The first fault is my own - I did not notice the 'allow two day processing' notice on their web site.
The two days became a full two days as the order was delayed to be reviewed on the phone. Not email or phone notification of this review. I happened to find it in the status of my order on their web site. Several issues arose during the conversation that should have lead me to canceling the order:
The 16GB CF card I ordered with the camera was not UDMA although it was on the web page as a recommended accessory. +$40 to get the right card.
Attempts to sell me several pieces (additional batteries, more cards, etc.) that I do not need and service contracts that I do not want.
As noted by another reviewer I was then hit with a 4% handling and insurance fee. Essentially a mark up that brought their prices in line with other web sites.
In the end the tab, including service and insurance fees was $50 more than it should be. Undoubtedly a service fee caused my the need for us to speak on the telephone regarding my order.
I doubt they can mess with sealed boxes from manufacturers. I guess I'll find out when I actually receive the order."

"CORRECTION OF RATING TO ONE CHECK: My purchase was a Sony Camcorder HDR-FX7 for $1,809.00. I was talked into buying an over priced battery which I really didn't want. Shipping was suppose to have been free, but I had to pay the insurance. There was no mention in the add that I had to pay for that. Total price I paid was: $1,959.99. What was mentioned in the add just below the price was, and I quote, "RECEIVE A FREE CARRYING CASE WITH THIS ITEM. A $300 VALUE!!". The Case was the reason I bought the camcorder from them. I never received the Camcorder Case. The so called $300.00 camera CASE was a $30.00 camera BAG that I could buy anywhere. I will never do business with them again."

With questions about this major purchase, I called. My entire experiece was unusually good. The call was answered quickly, the sales person was knowledgeable, my questions were answered completely, and I didn't feel pressured or rushed, like is so often the case. "Recently ordered a Canon SX20IS digital camera from this company. After the order was placed, I read about the on-line problems with this vendor. The on-line ordering documents do not list the price of the item we bought (a bit of a concern). Received an e-mail from the company to call them about the order placed on line (also a bit of a concern) Two calls placed to the company were answered by answering machines, but no one returned the calls (now I'm getting worried). Eventually on my third try, a live person answered the phone and confirmed the price of the item ordered and indicated I would get an e-mail when the order was shipped. I did, it was shipped as indicated in the e-mail, and the price charged was what was advertised on-line. So overall, it was a good buy and I'm happy with the product. Still, listing the price of the object on the on-line invoice would be an improvement as would more prompt return of phone calls. However, I would purchase from this company again. "

"I bought a Canon digital SLR. The price was great, and the product reached my home six days after the order was submitted. I was very satisfied with one tiny exception: I was called by a representative of the store who asked if he could 1.) sell me an upgraded battery for the camera and 2.) sell me a memory chip with greater capacity. It felt a bit like a "hard sell" but, to his credit, the salesperson relented when I said I would prefer to wait until I had the camera in hand to make those decisions.
