"I ordered a replacement projector lamp. While the lamp is an original manufactures lamp, the shape and output weren't as good as the original lamp. I contacted the company to return it and was told I would be charged a 15% restocking fee which is crazy since the lamp didn't function as well as the original. After contacting the company again they agreed that they would provide a return shipping label and not charge the restocking fee. While I'm disappointed that the lamp didn't perform like the original, I am satisfied with the customer service response."
