"Not sure what the problem is with everyone and their reviews. I have been doing business with Apex Lamps since mid 2012. I buy a lamp from them about every 10 months for my home theater system's Mitsubishi HC1500 projector. I watch TV and movies a lot and go through the 3000 hour economy bulb life fairly quick. So far I have purchased 4 bulbs and every one of them has lasted the full 3000 hour life expectancy. No problems with any bulb. I plan to continue to buy from them. Great prices and reliable products. I must note that since we have fairly frequent power issues in our area due to thunder storms in the spring and ice storms in the winter, I have my projector plugged into a 750va battery backup to protect it from power surges and give it enough time to properly shut down if we loose power. The hardest thing on a projector bulb is improper shut down of the projector."
