"Order said it would take two weeks to ship. Ots been 22 days now and haven't heard anything back from them yet. No response from customer service yet, been 5 days. We did just have a holiday so maybe that's holding things up. They were quick to take my money though...
Update 12/1/23 - Heard back from from customer service finally. They said it should be shipping within a week. Online it said two week lead time. I've been in the logistics industry for quite some time and a two week lead generally means two weeks until shipped. For AR500 means two week lead means two weeks until we enter our two week processing time. Maybe just be clear and give someone an expected ship date instead so we don't sit here wondering what's up. They did also explain they are working on hiring more staff which as an employer I know first hand is difficult. I'll add a star for them being honest. "

Yes, the application of additional discount codes to items that are already discounted at significant percentages does not apply. At the top of the Promotions Page, the following is stated in bold text: “Please note: All sales are final and coupon codes do not apply to promotional products. The promotional pricing listed below is limited to domestic US citizens, with a limit of 5 orders per customer.” With such deep discounts on most of our Promotions product page with some as high as 50% off and most being over 45% off that an additional 20% would not allow us to be profitable to keep operations running. The reason why we offer discount codes is to give our customers the opportunity to purchase items that do not have a spot on our Promotions page at discount pricing. Thank you for your understanding.
