The ballistic threat level rating was ideal, but he wanted more of his torso covered. I contacted the company and spoke to Kyle and Dalton several times by phone and e-mail. They were able coordinate everything with the lady who handles returns. I apologize if this is incorrect, but I believe her name was Kenlynn. I was able to reorder a different product suited more to my brother’s needs. I paid a nominal fee for the upgrade. Once again he received the product promptly and is quite satisfied. The staff went out of their way to assist not only me, but my brother too. Thanks to all who were involved!"

"I order a Freeman set with flat plates. Within a week AR500 was offering the same set with "curved" laltes for the same price?!! I called and told then I would really want the curved plates and had I know they would be offering it, I would have waited and ordered it. I was able to exchange my Freeman set for a new set with curved plates, and there was no cost involved including return shipping etc. You can not ask for better than that!"
