"I ordered a Yamaha rx-v665 receiver from these guys a while back. I'm not big on writing reviews for online vendors, but being that these guys are fairly new and their service was impeccable, I felt inspired to do so.

First off, their price on this receiver was phenomenal compared to other big name online electronic vendors. It was a no brainer. After ordering it, I felt a little apprehensive about ordering from a new online vendor, but after they gave me a call about my billing info, that all changed. I had just moved and had forgotten to change my credit card 'mail to' or billing address. They wouldn't ship the product after they called my credit card company and saw the discrepancy. Very nice! So I corrected that info with my cc company and everything worked out.

Great customer service. Great eyes against online credit card fraud (I had purchases many things from newegg.com, amazon.com with this error on my credit card, and it took AVinDemand to find it lol) and they shipped the product fast, it was well packed, and I'm totally satisfied.

"The order process went relatively well. They had indicated they had free shipping when I was searching between online sellers, but found out they require a $199 shipping charge for all TV orders. One strange note is that when I went to order it, it allowed me to choose the free shipping option even though I was clearly ordering a TV. I chose it to see what would happen and see if I could save a little money. Apparently this delayed the shipping, and they "attempted" to contact me to clear it up, but I had no calls to my phone and only found out when I called them to confirm. It still worked out to be cheaper than most other places, however.

Where things got a little hairy was in shipping. There wasn't much visibility once they shipped it out. I had no idea where the TV was in transit for about a week, which was a little concerning at times. Outside of that, the transaction was smooth, and the TV showed up in perfect condition.

The only recommendations I can make is correctly label what is free shipping and what is not; and try to offer more visibility into where the product is in the shipping process (ie, UPS/FedEx's package tracking), especially for big-ticket items."
