"I needed my visa expedited and that can only be done in Chicago. I talked to someone in customer service and explained that I was a United Airline pilot and the Chcago office Always updates our passport visa due to the fact that we work in Chicago. Chicago should have called me to discuss the matter
I paid for expediting and sent my passport off to the Chicago office. The in turn forwarded all my information to Houston which cost me two days to start. Houston does not expedite so thAT MEANS i HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 4 DAYS PLUS THE TIME IT TAKES TO GET MY PASSPORT BACK. I am not happy as I leave on Sunday for Chicago and I do not know if I will have my passport back by then. If I have to call United and tell them to get someone else to fly my trip it will have cost me about $3000 for thew 9 day trip.
So in case I haven't made my self clear, to say that I am very disappointed is a gross understatement."

"I liked the expedited service. However, it was hard to compare with others because as soon as I filled it out it, it was automatically submitted. Usually I walk through such applications to the end to see what it really costs and then submit. In your process I had no choice to cancel. ( so I would use this again).
Also, I haven't received the visa yet and am worried that something will not be right and I won't have time to fix it before my trip date arrives.

"They were very helpful in contacting me when there was a mistake on the Visa application. I elected to hand deliver the corrected Visa application instead of FedEx-ing it to save the extra day - I was running short on time. They made me wait for 30 minutes in the lobby to just hand them the corrected form. The parking was so expensive that I might have been better off just sending it via FedEx. However when someone did help me, they were polite and professional."
