I ordered my custom ornaments on November 8. Still have not received them. They were sitting in China for a while now they are apparently sitting in Texas...for 10 days!
I've done some research about them and have learned that they are not the 3d ornaments as described in the photos and description on the order page, they are 2d plastic dipped photos . I have asked for a refund many times and they refuse. The only time I get a response is when I write a review. Never reply to my emails .
Whatever you do, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are a scam and will rob you blind. Good luck getting your money back. And if you actually do get the products you ordered , you will be heartbroken because they are nothing like what you think you are ordering. This company needs to be shut down "
"I am sorry, I am not at all happy with my order. It looks cheap. I expected it to look bigger and not at all like a photo just overlayed on a piece of plastic.
Your advertisement show brightness and bold. These are tiny and barely noticeable. One has a streak on it that won’t come off, I think is glue resin and scratches on the backside.there is an obvious haze that looks like plastic film. I thought perhaps it was a protective film that would peel off. But it does not come off.
The cost is not showing in this work. I paid almost $100 with gift box and delivery for five pieces of plastic with a picture glued to it. It wasn’t even traced out straight.
I am just so dissatisfied."

I ordered a grill set for my dad for Father’s Day paid for expedited shipping which was extremely over priced and didn’t get the order on time and it’s still on the way. "Ordered in late Oct arrived by Christmas but broken. Replacement now dev it arrives and not size I ordered much smaller than size I actually paid for . Customer service hard to reached and you get run around ordered oct and still not gotten correct stuff save your money and don’t order from them "

"I ordered back before Thanksgiving and received the item Dec. 14. When we opened it the name and saying was crooked. Took over 14 days to get a response and now will remake but wait another 4-6 weeks. Come on this **** should have never passed quality control. "DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Their emails are always either full or blocked so you can’t communicate with them on where your order is. To continually receive the same message when trying to track your order is insane. How can something so standard still be in production? This was not a personalized order it should have been rack ready. Now I have to shop and find a much desired jacket or my husband after Christmas. Just a messed up day for me. "
"Item ordered and immediately I was charged. When the item never arrived, I reached out by email, website contact page and Facebook multiple times with no response whatsoever.
I plan to refute the charges with Paypal.

"This company is a scam. I paced an order on July 28th and got an email saying it shipped the same day via USPS. However, it never arrived. When I contacted the post office about it, they could not come up with the shipment. On November 10th I had a web chat with a company customer care person. He told me they would replace my order at no charge. I thought “that is very nice of them!” I should have known better. That order has never arrived either. I’ve been scammed all along. My July order was probably never shipped, and they had no intention of replacing it because it had been “lost.” My conclusion is that this company is a farce and everyone should be VERY WARY about ordering from them. The majority of reviews are really bad. That should be a big caution to everyone. Their web site looks professional and lures people into ordering from them. But any company that doesn’t have a legitimate phone number or makes it almost impossible to contact them should raise all kinds of red flags for potential customers. Bottom line: GO SOMEPLACE ELSE TO BUY PERSONALIZED MERCHANDISE! I’m never going to see my order and I’ll never get my money back. "

I had to write them 6 times before being told there must have been a glitch in the software. This is what they do for a living, how can they let orders slip through the cracks. No from the company ever called to inform me of the delay. I was told to give it another few weeks and it still didn’t show up, a refund would be processed...Honestly, I would prefer to have my grandaughter receive the gift, but I may just have to settle for the refund and then go buy it myself."
