"I really love your selection, shipping speed and the priced are fair. The "hop ups" section of your car/truck make no sense as they should be listed by the kit, not by catagory and leave the "parts" section to just oem parts so you can scroll through looking for broken parts, then shop in upgrade parts. I hate your rewards program, it doesn't make much sense. The rules are strange and make it seem you're trying to get over on the customer. You can't use them but then you lose them if you don't use them, it's pretty crappy. Just let us keep them."

"This is one of the best/top RC sites I visit every other day. They offered better pricing in general, now they even started running discounts/promotions every once awhile.

I used to shop from TowerHobbies but people in there are not very "PRO" for RC when it comes to something technical. A Main offered excellent phone service (someone actually picks up the phone right away like Tower), but they are all "PRO" with my 30+ years RC experienced questions. Now they even offered online/instant chat!!! Usually it doesn't take more than couple minutes to answer and this considered quick.

Last thing is their search engine is powerful combines their excellent inventory. No more back order after placing your order!!!

"Great selection of parts. Very good prices, but not the best. Excellent communication with transaction and tracking info. Very prompt shipping. They need to update customer rewards faster and let the rewards last longer, that part seems almost pointless. Tower hobbies gives better member discounts, but they also have higher prices so its a trade off for me. If A-main offered better loyal customer discounts I'd stop looking at Tower Hobbies, but until then I'll shop both."
