"AMain Hobbies has been a dream hobby shop since my first order. They have an easy to navigate web site, a huge amount of products to choose from, prices that an economically stressed person such as myself can afford, and a friendly service staff that cannot be beat.
My most recent order was a view into AMainHobbies dedication to support. I needed a set of landing gear struts for my JS Model TZ-90 V2. The AMainHobbies web site had "no stock" shown. I tried to identify another landing gear on their site that might work. I was struggling and ended up calling AMainHobbies technical support line. A gentlemen named Greggor answered. He checked without luck for new gear. He and I then discussed my options for alternate gear but we really had no luck. I must say, he knew both the helicopter and the ins and outs of RC Heli's. Without luck I figured I would need to make a temporary set of gear until the backorder arrived. To my complete surprise two hours later Greggor called me back and said he came up with a set of gear for my need free of charge. He had already mailed the gear to me so that it would get into that days shipments!!! This was amazing and it made my day. I never expected such kind and diligent service from a hobby shop. I was treated like a king for that moment in time and it felt good knowing that stores and merchants like this still exist.
Thanks Greggor. You kept saying "No Worries", and with you and AMainHobbies to support me I can honestly say that you are correct.

"I have ordered twice from A Main Hobbies and have received my items as advertised. The one problem I have is with their shipping policy. On both occasions I have had an item which was back ordered, so instead of receiving the free shipping I end up paying shipping charges on any item that was back ordered. Other companies always ship back ordered items for free. I would much rather they give me an option of waiting until the order is complete before they ship so I can still receive the free shipping that they have advertised or send the back ordered item without paying the shipping."
