"I purchased an eggshell valance and received white. I called and told them the error and they said it was the manufacturers right to change the color. I said if it had been listed as white, I would not have ordered. I asked them to send a call tag to pick up and they said it would need to be returned at my expense. I asked for the initial shipping to be refunded when they received my return but they said it was not their fault that the manufacturer changed color. I said it was their fault because what is advertised on their site is EGGSHELL not white. The woman on the line kept giving me a canned response (she obviously had NO power and only knew the scripted lines), so I asked for a supervisor and got a voicemail. I do not expect to ever hear back from the supervisor. I expect to be out about $20 on shipping for a product that was improperly described in their product descriptions. I won't order from them again. I recommend, unless you know for certain, avoiding this company. There are so many more customer friendly companies to work with. BTW, I had already ordered white from another company and it didn't work. When I found eggshell, I thought it might be softer than the white. When the package came though, it was the same white as I received from the original company (who took back my product without problem. If I have any additional issues with this company, I will file with my credit card company."
"I ordered a $279 bedspread. I immediately noticed that the bottom material was attached to the top material without the material being flat, so there was a large area with tucks sewn into it, so I couldn't smooth it out. Within a week, the material started pilling, and the threads started running. I sent it back in original packing, my online order confirmation and receipt and expected a refund. They contacted me three weeks later telling me they would not issue a refund because the manufacturing tags were removed. So they have ripped me off for $279, plus tax, shipping and returning it. DO NOT BUY FROM TOUCH OF CLASS. THEY DON'T GUARANTEE THE GARBAGE THEY SELL."

"I'm returning a Gallimaufry wall clock .The quality of the clock was good. The clock hands were inferior and one was broken. For the cost of the clock the hands on the clock should have been made of better quality. The clock sells for $100 when not in sale. The clock hands are worth fifty cents! The picture in the catalog gives the appearance of a mirror but in actuality it is nickel color. If the manufacturers improve the clock hands it would improve this clock. But for the cost it is not worth the money they ask for it. I'd say don't buy it."
" I returned the purchase because it was not up to my expectations. I paid $65 for The return shipping myself. I have had to file a claim to get my money back of almost $400. I still have not received it and Christmas is nearing. This is after a promise of a three day refund after they received the merchandise back. They do not keep their word. Yes I sent them copy of pre paid postage and make sure they had to sign for it which they did over a week ago. "Have ordered for several years and appreciate the quality and the service. This past year orders are slower and quality less with each one. Customer service attitude is arrogant and thoughtless. Clearly no ability or interest in problem solving or being helpful. Some times you get an e-mail saying item(s) have shipped, some times not. Goodness forbid you call and ask about it! Called, third time in last ten days, to follow up on five outstanding orders, three different "customer service" (and I use the term loosely for all three so clearly this is a cultural issue-Touch of Class-NOT!) people. No offer to give tracking information. Just found out on third call that some items were back ordered. Shipping is average to expensive through them and slower than pack mules. You may, or may not get all items in one package. They won't tell you that until you bother to check your invoice personally. No communication. By the time I receive an item ordered as a gift, it will have been three weeks. I was told it had shipped. It had an illegible label that the shipper would not accept so took a few days for ToC to fix and return to shipping status. I was notified it had shipped. I was not notified it was not. Will find a new source for things and start referring others somewhere else. Touch of Class-seriously not-you have definitely lost any class you may have had-and your CS folks have none!"
"Cheap, ugly products. Talked to customer service twice. Paid $30 shipping fee (should have just said no to that), and had to repay shipping when I refused the order. NEVER heard of that before. Always in the past , if it is returned unopened, there are no shipping charges.

"where do I start with this disaster of a company..... my first (and last) order was place with customer service after their online website stopped funtioning properly and would not accept a free shipping coupon (gee, what a surpise. After placing the order I waited a week. and nothing. no email. no phone call. no order. nothing. when I called them about my order they said they could not place it becuase customer service did not have (ask) for all the information they needed. I was told they didn't know when it would ship because it was up to the manufacturer not them.-that it may ship the next week or the week after. "I ordered three curtain panels on December 31, 2014 - yes, that's the correct year. It never shipped. I called, and they had no information. They said they would call when they had information. Instead they sent a post card giving me a new shipping date, 4/8/15. I call in late April to inquire. They say they are stuck in port in California due to the strike. They don't know when they'll be shipped. After the strike was over, I waited a month and called. They said the curtains were still in China! What? Not in California. I wish I could say I was surprised, but now it's apparent this is a horrendous company with abysmal customer service. They said someone would call. Two weeks later I get a post card saying they will ship on 6/3/15. Of course, they didn't. I called in July. They didn't know. They sent another card, ship date 8/30/15. I am happy to report that a mere NINE MONTHS LATER, we have finally received our curtains. I will never, never order another item from this company. The curtains are great, but the customer service is nonexistent."
