"Arghhh! Never again! I called Abacus 24-7 on the phone to place an order for ink for my Canon s9000 photo printer. They tried to redirect me to their web site, (even though their website says "CALL IN AN ORDER :Our customer service representatives are available to take your order and answer any questions. Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST)
The woman finally consented to take my order but then quoted a different price than the one on the web page. It turned out that she was trying to switch me to another similar item instead of the one that I had requested. (I had given her their own number to id the product.) She told me that the item that she had switched me to was a much better deal and only a few dollars more. I looked at the item online and saw that it was more cartridges but not all of the ones that I needed. (I was buying "photo" ink for producing quality photographs.)I showed her the difference and she switched to the price posted. Then, after she took my card information she said it was not taking and they would have to call me back to confirm the order. No one called but several days later I saw the transaction on my card. The ink arrived and I used two colors with the rest factory ink. I noticed that the yellow had a dark red cast to it, darker than the factory ink. The yellows in the picture turned out orange instead of yellow and there was banding in the yellow area. (I switched back to another cartridge that I and it returned to normal.) I called and left a message with their customer service but no one every called. I finally got ahold of a rep and they set up an RMA. I shipped with a confirmed delivery. I got confirmation from USPS but when I called them, they said it had not been checked in. (This was 2 days after I had received delivery confirmation.) The woman that answered the phone said that it might be in some boxes that had not been checked in and IF it was there it would be processed that day. Three days later and counting, I still don't have the money credited to my account. UPDATE, they finally refunded my purchase amount but I had to eat the shipping on both ends. Not a company that I would recommend."

I ordered re-manufactured color ink for my HP OfficeJet G85 and the package came in a padded envelope via USPS in 2 days from AZ to CA (orderd on Monday, received on Wednesday). The available selection at Abacus is large, the quality is outstanding, and the shipment was very prompt. Previously, I had ordered from 123inkjet.com and their ink cartridge is subpar (and slightly more expensive) than the cartridges available on Abacus. The only problem with the company is its lack of communication but it didn't exactly matter since the shipment arrived so quickly.
