"Easy to navigate website. Good pricing. Checked requirements for "free" shipping prior to ordering & was told my oversize TV would need a $300 premium on their otherwise free delivery. This charge was not shown on their website order forms. Once the TV was ordered I was instructed to call the company and confirm details of my purchase. Then they told me they needed another $400 for their delivery upcharge, supposedly to cover their insurance on shipments! When I objected and told them about my phone call quote of $300, they refused to budge. Final resolution was they threw in a wall mount which I didn't really want since I had already ordered what I wanted from another seller. The service rep at Abe's of Maine claimed he didn't know the model/ part number on the mount they were going to ship me, but assured me it was the flush mount I wanted. It wasn't, so I then needed to reorder the one I needed since I had already cancelled the order at the other wall mount seller. Just plain dishonest. Anyhow, the TV arrived in working order in the time frame promised."
