"After I ordered a Canon D80 online I got an email saying I needed to call to confirm the order. The person on the line was very curt and not at all helpful. He said I needed to order a battery and I asked if that was not included. He said no and told me I had a $79 battery option and a $99 one. I asked a few more questions which seemed to annoy him. Then he told me he'd sell me the "American" camera kit which included the battery, charger, etc. for $1099. When I told him this seemed like a "Bait and Switch" he became quite annoyed, told me to check prices at my local stores. When I said I wanted to discuss what I ordered online, he said "I'm cancelling your order" which he immediately did.
Worst customer service ever.
Will never order from Abe's again. Had I been treated better I'd have probably gone through with the order even though it was $300 more than what I'd originally ordered.
