"Paid for some cigars on 3rd December 2018..while browsing the site discovered they weren’t dispatched until the 12th December which concerned me as no one contacted me to tell me.
From the comments above these people are obviously drop shopping product (taking orders collecting the money financing their business).
Its the 21st Jan 2019 still no delivery of the product i paid for on the 3rd December..this is not acceptable.
Obviously this company has big issues

They go above and beyond compared to other places. Most of my orders ship to Canada in less then 10 days. Finally, I sent an email via their contact screen and as of this review no response.

This makes me suspect this is not a legitimate store. I am hesitant to place an online order and provide any credit card information to an establishment that does not respond through normal channels.

I received an email with the order received, nothing else. so I was nervous they would not come or be sent.
But the package came in today. And with a little gift in it.
So all in all. Its was a fine experience.

The shipping was okay too. From USA to Denmark in 11 days. Its not bad.


An email with shipping information and I would give 5 stars, but 4 it must be.

"Got my first few packages as described thank you. Upon ordering the third time did not receive item or tracking numbers and after numerous attempts at communication elevated to paypal for a refund. Tried again same result. Not sure why this has happened however will not recommend moving forward."

"I live in Canada so the prices on cigars can be double to triple of that from the USA. It was difficult finding a store in the US that would ship to Canada and if I did find one, they would charge a very high price for shipping until i found Absolute Cigars.
Absolute has a great selection of cigars all reasonably priced but the kicker is they charge a very reasonable shipping rate to Canada and guarantee delivery. My orders take on average 5 business days to get to me which is fantastic compared to a place I tried once that took 22 business days to get me my order.
Absolute will add in a free cigar in your order for you to try, which in its own right is great but you can even ask them for a certain stick to try and they will send it to you. I live in Canada where cigar prices are ridiculous at $40 to $70 a stick for a decent cigar (typically Cuban). Prices through Absolute are typically $6 to $9 a stick for a good quality cigar (90 to 94 ratings). I have tried a lot, and the free samplers give me some variety to try on subsequent orders and are much appreciated. I email Mike, I get a reply within a day or two, they get shipped a day or two after that, and they arrive at my office a week or two later. Never had an issue. I remain a loyal and happy customer."

"2017 marks my 14th year as a loyal Absolute Cigars customer. I tried a couple of other vendors before choosing Absolute as sole source and have never been disappointed or overcharged. Quality is always as it should be (cheap bundles will be nothing more than cheap cigars) and Premiums are always top notch. I see some complaints about Customer Service but since I have never had anything but positive experience with Mike and company, I wouldn't pay much attention to the negatives.
