After unpacking, found the upper left corner of TV frame was slightly bent outward with a crack in the screen. Had to be a manufacture defect as the TV was in original factory packing /box. There was no damage to box or packing. Contacted ABT and they sent out a same replacement TV the next day and was delivered on time by Pilot Freight with them taking the damaged TV back to ABT. Service by ABT and Pilot was fast and professional with the only loss being the time not enjoying this new TV which by the way was worth the added wait as the picture quality from this TV is excellent."
