"I ordered a Maytag Bravos washer at a good sale price and it was delivered on schedule. Imagine my surprise when I discovered that it is a high-efficiency washer. I searched specifically for a non-HE model and this one came up in the search results. Nowhere in the description is it described as HE. Apparently the key words are "DOE compliant." I've heard many reports of HE washers not doing a good job. That said, the washer appears to be working fine and we are following the directions to the letter. "

"We are thrilled with our new fridge. The in-door icemaker is a significant upgrade from earlier design. The quality of important stuff is till there. The thickness of glass used on shelving has declined noticeably; it will be interesting to see how this holds up.
When setting up your delivery, a word of advice. Although you may think it goes without saying, be sure to spell out your exact needs in regard to moving/removing your old fridge. We did not do that and our guys were surprised when I told them we already had a fridge! But they were good about it and moved it out of our kitchen and into our garage."
