"I went to Lowe's, Home Depot, Menards, and Sears, and got the same story from all, when I was going to buy a new beverage cooler for my wet bar. Do it yourself, search for it online, and they don't help haul away the old fridge nor set up the new one.
Abt helped me select the appropriate one, was able to educate me on what "built-in" meant, and offered to haul away me old fridge and set up and level my new fridge -- which proved a little challenging due to the tight location and carpeting.
I got to talk to people to help me shop instead of being told to search their website. A person called me to schedule delivery, and the delivery workers called me as well and were friendly -- even took off their shoes when coming into the house.
Abt will now be my first stop when shopping for future appliances. Too bad they are so far away from me, it would be nice if they set up a location by the IKEA in Bolingbrook."

"I received my gas stove in a timely manner, but the delivery company did not notify me for a delivery date. I called to set up one because they did not call me after the 2 to 3 business day time frame I was given by my email for them to call to only find out the stove was being delivered the same day. This is not the way to do business AVERITT . It was a good thing that I was going to be home that afternoon. The delivery driver was nice and helped me to open the box and inspect the stove. The stove arrived in excellent condition and is working well. "
