"If I could have I would have given 4 1/2 stars. Ordered Frigidaire Window AC unit for my son's college house room. The first unit shipped, arrived damaged. Took pictures of the damaged unit. Contacted Abt Customer Service. Erica Bosi was very polite, professional, helpful and efficient. She coordinated with your shipping department and that same day a new unit was tagged for shipping and arrived at my son's college house 2 days later in good, installable condition (damaged unit was picked up by the shipping company same day as new one delivered). AC unit working well. The coordination of the shipping of the damaged unit back and receiving new unit was very important to us as my son's room was very hot and he needed the relief from the AC and he was in the middle of exams and had no time and transportation to have to drop off or pick up a unit at any facility. Thank you."

"We love our new fridge and were very happy with the price offered by ABT. However, the fridge was supposed to arrive by September 26th, and we didn't end up receiving it until yesterday, September 29th. The delivery company called to arrange delivery on the 26th. We arranged it for the 28th, when we would be home. However, they called on the 28th and said that due to a mistake on their part, they wouldn't be able to deliver until the 29th. They delivered yesterday while we weren't there (since we couldn't be). It all worked out, but had we been in dire need of a fridge and counting down the days, I would have been really upset."
