"Ordered a VCR/DVD combo unit. ABT claimed it was a new unit. VCR didn't work out of the box. Tape would load, mechanism would engage but then the entire unit would power down. ABT sent a return label and a promise to replace unit. I shipped it back. Sent an email after they received it to ask when replacement would arrive. Reply stated they were awaiting shipment from manufacturer which means weeks to months in my book. ABT responded in timely manner but bottom line is I don't have a unit and no knowing when I'll get it. "
