"I "washed" my Fitbit Flex so decided to try the ONe...I like wearing this in a pocket, waistband or bra strap...I dont like the cheap looking bracelet on my wrist and it is not reliable...if you are walking around WalMart with your hands on the buggy, you will not get credit for your actual steps. I also did not like "tapping" it...never could get the right tapping sequence for "sleep". The One is larger and you just push a button to get your read out...I only sync once a day ...first thing in the morning to see what was recorded about sleep. ABT's delivery is outstanding...they ship the day you order...mine was on a Friday so I received Fitbit One on Tuesday...also delivery from UPS which I appreciate....and FREE..."

"I ordered a new Roku and some how my address got al messed up and the item was returned to Abt. I called and they were very nice and promised to send it over night air via UPS. I'm sorry Abt you guys got taken by UPS for my packaged at the local depot and was sent out by I think by mule train for it still hasn't arrived. You at Abt paid extra for help satisfy a customer only to have UPS screw everything up check the shipping number to see when I finally received my new Roku I have been waiting for all most four weeks. "I wrote an email to customer service describing what I was looking for (a water filter for our Bosch appliance). The manual lists a specific part number. I inquired if a part listed as a replacement for mine would indeed fit and I was told yes. Upon receiving my order, I removed the old filter and attempted to install the new replacement part. However, the new part has a longer body and a very different collar for insertion so now......I have no replacement part and I'm unable to return it because I opened the packaging to install it!!!!
The initial response time was great, the delivery time was good but I was told to get the wrong replacement. I'm back where I started."
