"Looked like the air conditioner was packed securely, but upon opening , it appeared to have been dropped . NOT GOOD ! Made it difficult to install due to one side being bent . Should not have been delivered to customer. This situation will pop-up when, [ if ] I order again from Abt.
I must add: Abt Customer Service followed-up with a personal call inquiring into my satisfaction with delivery,etc . and graciously offered a generous refund. Considering the item is installed and performing fine, I believe their compensation to be ' above & beyond ".
Because of this , I will certainly remain a customer. "
