"I emailed the shipper three times and called them twice (nobody answered) so I left a message to call me back to confirm shipping on August 3rd. (Purchased on July 26th!) They never called or emailed me back! - I waited a few more days then emailed through the website explaining that I wanted a full refund. Never got a response, so I called them.
I spoke to someone named Bianca who told me that I would receive the refund when the TV was sent back to them. I explained that I never received the TV and the shipper never responded to any of my calls or messages. Bianca, put me on hold, then told me she would call me back later once she has spoken to the shipper. That was yesterday morning and I have still not heard back from her.
Trust me. Whatever the savings you get from ABT it is not worth the aggravation and frustration dealing with unprofessional and unresponsive people. I am now out $1100.00, no TV and nobody is returning my calls or emails! Not ABT and not the shipper.
DO NOT BUY FROM ABT!
Tomorrow I need to dispute this with the credit card company. More waste of time!"

"The delivery team arrived within the window they said they would and got right down to work build the TV consoles and unboxing the new TV and sound bar equipement. Very organized! They asked good questions about placement and how/what I wanted hooked up, etc. I paid for them to relocate and hook up the old TV in my office. Why? because everytime I have ABT do the installation, its done right and done the first time! Very knowledge delivery team. Showed me how to work the new TV along with my cable box etc. Cleaned up the boxes and even hauled away my old console. I can't be more please with ABT service. "
