I specified explicitly to use "Business Delivery", and they sent via "Fedex Home", which does not deliver on Monday. I wasted two days because of that, and now my package is on its way back to the shipper for no reason. Fedex is not helping either. Fedex Home Delivery is totally inferior compared to other shippers. This is unacceptable.

Edit: The item was shipped to a business address, not home address, that's why I chosen "Business Delivery" in the first place. After fighting w/ Fedex Home, I picked up the package 3 days later than it would be."
