There simply was a stock issue on their side. I was concerned, but Jack was always quick to respond to my emails and assured me that he was doing everything possible. I was surprised to see that level of commitment. Many times I have an issue with a retailer, they seem to want to take the quickest route possible, to get you out of their hair.
