"This is my second order through Accessory Jack, and it has also been a pleasant experience. I ordered a pair of Sennheiser HD650 Headphones through a friend from this store on the 21/02/2011 and on received it on the 03/03/2011.
The package arrived with some small dents here and there but the contents within were unscathed. I would blame this on the handling of this during the transit to Australia or after.
I have already spent more than $700 AUD dollars through this website and there haven't been any bad experiences. Just a note though, Australia POST will not track the item; it will be tracked by another website called 'Hong Kong Post'. Search it up on Google and track your order through it.

This is how all online shopping experiences should be. AccessoryJack gave me exceptional customer service and very competitive prices. I placed an order for one each ATH 950LTD Headphones, AT-HA25D Headphone Amplifier and AT-PHA10 Portable Headphone Amplifier on Saturday 30 May 2010, set up payment by RBS WorldPay easily and got email confirmation of the order and payment immediately. On Tuesday 2 June I received an email confirmation that my order had been shipped. I received the package on Monday 7 June, which was five business days mail time. The goods had been packed well. Each item was in its original packaging with the three items arranged together and enclosed in bubble wrap, then encased in cardboard and this then covered by two more layers of bubble wrap and finally an outer paper wrapping well taped. The mail tag showed AccessoryJack had paid A$28.05 (HK$181.00) to send the parcel by Registered Airmail which was close to the A$35.50 charge on the invoice. You can tell that they tried hard to please in every aspect of the sale and shipping process. They had the best prices on Audio-Technica equipment which I was after and my advice to them is to continue to expand their product range and capture more on-line sales. They deserve to do well.
