"About 2 months ago, I bought an "iSimple ISFM22 TranzIt Universal Bluetooth Enabled FM Transmitter Car Kit" from a retail store and installed it in my Audi. It works (although there are occasional issues syncing with my phone), but I have 2 other cars, so a few weeks ago I ordered an "GOgroove FlexSMART X3 Bluetooth FM Transmitter" from Accessory Genie. I love this thing! Accessory Genie had the product to mean with 3-4 days and and to be honest, I'd much rather have it than the installed one. I've had absolutely no trouble when syncing and the controls allow simple functionality without touching the phone, and the sound quality is great. The next time I'm looking for something like this, I'll definitely check Accessory Genie first!"

They then tried to strong arm me into not returning the product with the threat of a restock fee, although per their policies state that there wouldn't be one.
