"I ordered a Honeywell Air Purifier. False advertisement from AchooAllergy. The writeup for the item was that it was quiet during silent mode. Not true. Also, it was obvious that the item was a previous return and probably multiple times from the look of the item/it was very used up. Same product could have been purchased at Target for the same price. However, I was trying out new companies especially since it seem to specialize in allergy products all in one store. What a disappointment. I returned the product at my own expense per their policy which is not clearly written out at the home page, to then have some impatient person tell me it takes 4-6 weeks for them to inspect before crediting my master card. How unreasonable is that. this product can possibly sit in there warehouse where it can be moved and possibly damaged for them to then inspect after the damage and blame me for the damage. why not inspect as soon as they receive the item. "
