"Customer Service is terrible. Woman by the name of "Julie" gave me an attitude after I, the customer, had issues with applying promo code on the website. Apparently, this site thinks their promo code offerings are perfectly valid based on a technicality when the email doesn't state "next online purchase." Your promo code usage will not work on the website at all. Can you please tell me why they send out promo codes via email for people OUT OF STATE to use if they will not honor it online? Please stay away from this company. Shady business practices like this are no good to the consumer. I will not recommend this business. Stay away."
"Have purchased numerous items from them for years. From high-end steam-cleaners (flooring-upholstery-windows), to bedding to cleaning products. I especially like - and our family depends on - the dust-mite concentrated laundry detergent. Eliminates DMs and their remnants (which we are highly allergic to), and can safely be used on - not just bedding, but clothing as well. Works well with our front-load, He Bosch washer and is effective, even in cold water. Love it!. Great products and service. "
"We cancelled our order as the product showed in stock online but the order showed shipped we called to find out the product was on back order and they had no idea when it would be restocked. This is not the first time this has happened. I wish I could find another company to get filters from. "

"I was thrilled with this company and especially the customer service representative that helped me with my first order towards the end of 2013 but the second order I placed was horrible. I placed my order online and when I signed into my account two days later to find out why I had not received a tracking number I saw that my order had not even been shipped yet. I was supposed to get my order with free 2nd day shipping and I was looking forward to receiving it on time. When I called customer service, the woman told me that my order had not shipped because my billing address is different than my shipping address. She said that someone had tried to call me on my cell phone to let me know. I checked my cell phone for any messages, missed calls, and received calls but there were none. When I explained to her that no one had called me and that I had been looking forward to receiving my miele vacuum cleaner in two days, she informed me that the person who was supposed to have called me had been working at achoo allergy for 5 years and if she said she called me then she called me. She then asked me if I would like to cancel my order. She was rude and did not care that she screwed my order up and she called me a liar. I sent an email to achoo allergy explaining that I did not appreciate being treated that way and they responded by telling me that my order would be shipping that day which put the arrival date 7 days away from the date I had placed my order because of the weekend. I will not order from this company again. They could have at least upgraded the shipping to next day instead of 2nd day which is what was included but they didn't suggest anything to make up for their mistake and that is wrong. From now on I will tell all my friends and relatives when they need to order anything for allergies, DO NOT order from Achoo Allergy!!! Oh, the email response they sent me also informed me that they had no record of the first order that I had placed with them. They seem to be hell bent on calling me a liar. Horrible customer service!!!"
