"Order a USB to IDE/SATA Adapter. Item was shipped and arrived 2 weeks later. It didn't work with any of my 2.5" IDE drives. I own a similar adapter that works with all those drives. The reason I bought this was to get the SATA functionality. Clearly the item was defective. Item was only $13. However it costs me $5 to ship it back for RMA. Acortech won't pay for return shipping. Buyers Beware!!!"

"I'm a new customer with Acortech company and recently placed an order for Evercool NP-101 Notebook Cooler with 4 Fans. After some extensive time spend online trying to locate the best and not to expensive notebook cooler i stumbled upon their website. Not only they had cheapest price for the product i wanted, but the shipping was FREE as well. I mean you can't go wrong with that. And trust me, i'm a bargain hunter. I couldn't even get that price on Ebay, as i tried. They were so fast, they even processed my order not even an hour after i placed it, and send it out SAME DAY. I got it four days later. Now, how about that for a speed?! I also like the fact they have the option for buyers to pay with Paypal, wich i love!!!! The product i ordered is great, and as i had numerous other notebook coolers in the past, in my opinion this one is pretty great, especially for the price i paid. it has four fans and it's not loud. It has a fan speed adjuster, so you can adjust the speed of cooling as well as noise the fans produce. I already recommended this company and this product to two coworkers of mine, as one got burned already on Ebay trying to buy similar product, and the other one already returned their notebook cooler wich was three times more expensive and wich scratched the bottom of his notebook back to Best Buy for refund and placed the order with Arcotech for the same product i got. I will definitely deal with them again when i need other products in the future."
