HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE Customer Service!!!!!!
I too was shocked by this guy's behavior. Very very disrespectful!!!! I called in to cancel an order and all of a sudden this guy gets all angry on his own and used F*** word multiple times and spitting type of voice just before handing up. Who does that to a customer. And I was talking nicely and friendly to him. On top of that, he is charging for canceling the order (cancelled on immediate next day) when the shipment has not even left their facility.

Customer service is disrespectful and insane. Called them after they failed to deliver what they supposed to. I was even nice and the guy (only guy in this company by the way) was completely disrespectful and so rude, that I was shocked. I bought a pair of speakers for $500 and he treated me like I am some cheap person. I filed a complain with Klipsch already and I will make sure that it will go to the directors of Klipsch. This is a Shame for Klipsch to Authorize such "companies" to sell their product.

This is in fact my worst customer service experience in a lifetime."
