"Great customer service! I bought a set of Energy Take Classic 5.1 speakers with a matching 8" Energy sub. What I failed to notice is that there was an "upgrade promotion". I received a 12" sub instead. The 12" sub does not match the Energy speakers in finish and it is too big for my room. I called Acousticsounddesign immediately and Mike, the CEO, fixed the problem immediately. The next day, I received 2 UPS tracking emails: one for pickup of the 12" sub in my possession, and one for the proper 8" sub that is on the way; all at no additional cost to me. That's how you take care of customers. I wish all on-line merchants treat customers like this."
"i recently ordered a pair of acoustech ht-63 surround speakers. when i hooked them up, one of the speaker's woofer did not work at all. I contacted Mike Embers at Acoustic Sound Design, and he informed me that he would simply replace the speaker. I wasnt even required to return the bad speaker!! Today i received the replacement, and he actually sent me another whole pair of speakers.

"i bought a csi5 speaker from this store via its ebay store and its serial number was removed on the back of the speaker therefore voiding its warranty from polk. i just emailed to see what they are saying about this so i will update to let you know if they fix the problem. other than that the prices are decent but not the best and the response via email was fast but the shady factor has gone up dramatically with this removed serial number."
