Noy only is this embarrassing but could also be a safety issue for certain people. "I placed my order on December 4. Both items were in stock. Despite paying for expedited shipping and processing my order wasn't even processed until December 7. Then it was the 10th before they bothered to ship it. The package was supposed to be delivered by the 15th. Yeah, it wasn't and I still haven't received it. To make matters worse they can no longer track it because DHL apparently handed it off to another company. Remember I paid for shipping. As of today I have no patience or respect left for this company. They aren't professionals and you should never give them your time or money. "I had placed an order for $289.09, 11152069794, on 11-15-2020 with next day delivery. I hadn’t received the items and checked the tracking only to see it said delivered. I contacted your company to find out what was going on and a trace was placed. I contacted your company again and they informed me that you were not reshaping the missing order and would have a supervisor handling that contact me the next day but I never heard anything. I called again today only to be transferred to a voicemail for Mike. I would relay appreciate someone contacting me about this and getting me the order or refunding my $289.09. I am definitely not impressed with the customer service or how your company handles issues with missing packages and how it feels that nobody there cares that I am out $289.09 and do not have the items I paid for nor do they care to get the items to me and resolve this."
"So I called today because the tracking said the package just arrived to DHL..today is supposed to be the arrival date I payed extra shipping. I called to asj what's going on and the Lady starts yelling at me! Telling me her packages from. amazon are taking a while, blah blah.. "Worst experience ever. I had over $100 order and paid for overnight shipping, over a week later no products so i call and get the worst customer service ever. They refuse to help and even laugh at me for not getting my products. They say I need to call UPS to update shipping address. After playing phone tag n calling both places back n forth 3 times for both to tell me they can't help and its the other ones responsibility. UPS finally stepped up and helped me more when I went up the ladder to supervisor. Adam and eve still had same same attitude so I said I wanted my money back. They refused saying I would have to figure out how to get the package and send it back of course with no help from them. So I got UPS to deliver it, the guy said he pit it on his truck and would be there that day. End of day...nothing. so i called to find adam and eve had it shipped back to them!!! So i called them and demanded my money back since they literally made everything as difficult as possible and I refuse to give these people a dollar at this point and they say they will only refund 120 of it!!! Charging me for shipping for things they made sure I never got!!! I really do not recommend anyone ordering. "I paid for overnight shipping on a $160 order, spent almost $200 for my package to not arrive on time! I called 2 days after it was supposed to be delivered to inquire and was greeted with NOTHING BUT RUDENESS! Terrible customer service literally did not help at all. Told me to deal with UPS. Meanwhile the only part of my address they got right on my package was city state and zip code even though I put my information in correct. I tried to correct problem with UPS they said since multiple areas were incorrect they could not do anything and that I needed to call Adam and Eve back...they only got more rude from here, even laughing at my situation with my $200 undeliverable, them unwilling to help or refund!!! Package shipped via USPS - so, that already told me I wasn't going to get it by the expected dates, the weekend I had a birthday date which I hoped to spice up a little.
Package reached destination PO on May 9 - Saturday. So, can't get it until Monday, at the earliest.
Package did NOT include most expensive item - the star of the show!
Second item broken, and does not work.
Contacted Customer Support twice - once when I was given the tracking information and showed it would be far later than was told to expect it.
Second time after receiving package and finding missing items (but before I knew second item was broken).
Both times, customer support representatives were dismissive, disinterested, and offered apologies that came across as vague and insincere - with the accusation pointed at me (the customer) because of the "COVID notifications on our site that state deliveries may be delayed".
No meaningful attempts made to make the customer happy, just a re-order of the missing item, to be delivered in one week."
