"Ordered a product for my husband because they immediately offered a 25% discount. Go to checkout and notice that it says the discount has been applied but by the time we pay we notice that the discount is nowhere to be found in the total price. Contacted customer service and I get some BS crap woman telling me that I can’t get a discount on the item I picked and that it says in my order. Um, no it does not say that and why offer a discount at ALL if some of these so called products don’t get a discount!? I call BS. I told them I wanted to cancel my order and get my money back. They said they can’t because it’s been processed and is headed my way. Okay so where’s my flipping confirmation email??? Where’s my item shipped email??? Nothing I got nothing. THEN I tried to call the company and provided my tracking number, I was hung up on 3 times. The fourth time I called I was irate!! "First off they use DHL to ship which is equally as awful. Not only was my packaged delayed due to "bad weather" although there was none because there was no bulletins and it had already landed so it just had to go by ground at that point. to get from compton to westminster took them nearly 10 Hours and they blamed it on weather and delayed the package. On top of that you pay more for "rush" processing and "rush Shipping" all for it go down the drain. the processing still took an entire day and half before it even shipped. I could have bought the same thing on amazon for a few bucks more with gauranteed delivery two days before this will arrive. what a joke."

I've never had to wait more than 2 weeks , never been double charged, never had missing items or **** customer service.. out of approx 20 orders, and probably 100 products I have had 1 break, and it was a free gift. They always include approx 100$ of free gifts, and have multiple promos to choose from. "I placed my first order last week using what I thought was a "current" promo code. However after the order was placed I found another promo code that would have saved me substantially more money. I understand it was my fault that I didn't do better research, but I was hoping A &E would understand. I sent an Email to customer service within minutes of submitting the order with the hope that they would be willing to make the adjustment. After a number of nonsensical emails from their customer service reps, it was clear that after I explained the situation 3 different times, they were not willing to accomadate me. I should have just called my credit card company and refused the package when it arrived. Although we weren't disappointed with the items we ordered once we received them, their lack of customer service just reinforced my belief that Amazon Is once again the better choice"

I checked the status of the order and it said "received", when I asked if it has been shipped, Gail said it had been canceled and the payment hasn't gone through when it clearly shows in my transactions that it did. When I called and asked about it the lady said they always place a hold of the amount of the purchase on the your account and then charge you in a second transaction. So now my 187.59 dollar purchase is almost a 400 purchase. My bank cannot release the funds for 7 days and Adam and Eve will not correct their mistake.
