"Did not recieve what i ordered. They sent a cheap **** ring as a "free gift" yet charged me 10$ for shipping. Cancled my order and they refused to refund me."
"Had received a defective vibe from adameve.com, so I contacted support and they stated I will be sent a replacement. So all was good I thought, then I received the tracking number from them which brought me to DHL and had no information. This was July 2nd. Then I contact DHL which tells me it is not a DHL trackig #. So I contact support and they state it will show details in the next 24 hours and they state if the package is not received by July 9th contact them and they will resend. July 9th comes and mail gets delivered and nothing, so I contact and they get back to me and state I was misinformed and then go to say it will arrive now by the 17th. Still nothing showing on the tracking link they provided. So I try to place it in on USPS instead and I see some details on its movement. So not only did they lie about the date they gave me a wrong link for tracking. Anyways I will never be shopping with them again and hope this helps someone from making my same mistake."

"Made an order on June 27 and didn't receive it. Called the customer service on July 8 and learned that my package was lost. They offered either to refund me or to resend the same order to be received by July 11. I chose them to resend only because they would use expedited shipping. When I called them again on July 10 to inquire about the package (online tracking was not available), they told me that I would receive it by July 17. I explained the situation and they said they are sorry that I was misinformed but they can't do anything about it. Throughout the talk, I was constantly interrupted and not given the chance to finish what I was going to say. Very rude customer service who are openly content with lying to persuade me for doing business with them. Such a frustration and waste of time."
"Well I ordered my package on 6/29/18 it is 7/9/18 still have not received my order and it says it has been delivered to the USPS but the tracking number for my order says USPS is still waiting for it and the DHL tracking information says it has been delivered to USPS when I called about my order I spoke with Tiffany I was angry about how long it has taken and I told her that Adam and Eve can go **** themselves they will never hey my business again and then Tiffany proceed to tell me to **** my mother I hope that corporate reads these cause I am not happy about it and I have contacted an attorney about this situation Adam and Eve will no longer get my business and if my order when shows up I am returning it all $176.00!"
"OMG one store that I would keep using is Adam and Eve. Me and My wife just received are first order and I would have to say that it was worth all stress that we went though. We were having shipping issues with the shipping people USPS. I would have to say that it would be better to pick one the is not USPS. Well there Items are what they say they are and they work great. Got me wife to Finally relax with one of there items. She normally dose not relax but after getting there Item called First time Mini ****. I would have to say the best way to use it is to do it when they are having a very ruff day. She had just been layed off of work due to some cut backs , I knew this was the perfect time to get all the stress off of her and take it all away. She could not believe what just happen, She is still in bed all relaxed and is still sleeping while I am getting ready to head back out to work. What in the world did I do. Thanks Adam and eve you guys have been very helpful and you gave me the tools to take all the stress right off of my wife. I am going back in there very soon and get some more stuff but this time pick a shipping system that will not be so many problems. "
"I've never used this site before so I just wanted to speak to a service agent simply to find out how long shipping usually takes. I called 3 times and they always pressed the ignore button after a few seconds when it started to ring . I called about 2 more times then a dude finally answers saying something about him "jacking his **** right now" and then he hung up. That right there just insured I will never be purchasing anything from this site. Horrible people. **** rude customer service who act like they could give 2 **** less about people. Do NOT support this place by buying anything. "

"Used a discount code to order an item on 3/19 that was back ordered, with an expected shipping date of 3/30.
On 3/31, called to check on status, to find out that the back order had been extended to 5/26.
Asked to have a discount code so we could cancel the order and retain our original discount on an order of a different product.
The agent (Andrew) was extremely rude and refused to assist with getting an offer code to allow us to make the cancellation and new purchase.
Bottom line - absolutely terrible logistics and customer service. Do not ever buy a back ordered item from this company.
Better yet, do not but anything from them. I will not be ever again."

"So I tried ordering a lingerie from there company in time for my husbands birthday, which was on back order. It said even though it was on backorder it would ship around the date of 2/19/2018, which I was okay with. So I went ahead and ordered the product on 1/26/2018. On the date it was supposed to ship I seen where it hadn’t. I waited a few days and then contacted Adam and Eve customer service. They apologized that it hadn’t shipped and said the new ship date would be 3/3/2018, which I was alittle bitter about, but I said to myself “Hey, what’s a few more days going to hurt?” So today is 3/4/2018. I hadn’t received an email, or anything telling me that my item had shipped. Yet again, I contacted customer service. They proceed to tell me the item is still on backorder and will not ship until 3/24/2018. However, I checked their website, which stated that the item was in stock and that there is no longer any backorder. Horrible customer service, if the item was going to take that long to ship I would have never purchased. Needless to say, I will never order from their site again. "
"Been buying things there for years. I have never had an issue with them. They always have great deals for such great quality items. Shipping time is average I would say. They give detailed descriptions of all their items, which I actually find super helpful. All in all, love Adam&Eve!"
