"The product arrived. Yay, they got that right! It was even what I ordered. They never updated the delivery status online. The website said (and still does) my order was pending. I had to call to verify that it was shipped and was going to be an on-time delivery. Okay, i get that. They may as well have shipped it in tissue paper, the box was made of tape, deflated packing materials and disappointment. I could have provided more protection with a used Kleenex and some Scotch tape. The care put into my shipping was the same level of care that the the DVM has for my time. But I could overlook the horrid packing job and the worse shipping communication if not for the fact that every day since then I receive about 3 to 5 emails a day asking how they did. RIP inbox. At first I was understanding; "they care and just want to get better." I totally was okay with. Now it's like please, just STOP!!! I get emails and I turned off emails!! They keep asking how they did and I keep saying stop emailing me but they don't stop, they just keep on sending email! Each time, I take time out of my busy day to explain why they need to stop, each time my opinion gets worse, my review gets worse. At this rate by Friday I will be forced to block them, hire an elite Russian hacking team and have them hack their data base and remove every trace of my existence from their records."
"I was excited to sell my camera to Adorama. I spoke with Charles on the phone and he was very friendly and assured me a decent deal for selling my camera and purchasing a new one. Later I was in contact with another person in the used department who was also nice. Then I spoke to a sales person who helped me with a purchase of a new camera and the new camera was shipped to me. All sounds good but the money for my old camera wasn’t simply credited to my account as I hoped. I believe they cut me a check instead, but it was sent to my old address 2 hours away! An old neighbor contacted me about a package for me. I believe it is the check and I will have to go get it. How did they send this to an old address that I haven’t used in years?! I will get it when I have time but it is terribly inconvenient! "

"Adorama's Epson SC P600 refurbished price was about $50.00 lower than Epson itself offers. That makes the Adorama deal really great for an $800 printer. The package arrived in a reasonable amount of time; it was packaged in the original Epson box with heavy padding. It is always a worry to ship a 40 pound printer, but it worked out well. "I ordered from Adorama because of a steep discount that was offered on a high-end home theater receiver. I entered my work address for shipping because I was going to be out on vacation for two weeks that was only a short time away.
I ordered it on a Sunday, July 15, and was leaving for vacation a week later on Monday, July 23rd. The super saving shipping delivery time stated that it would take 7-10 business days to deliver it, so I didn't want to take the chance on not being home when it arrived. Somehow this didn't transfer, and it ended up being shipped to my home address anyway.
Luckily all ended well because it ended up being delivered on Thursday, July 19th...just four working days from the order date. Very happy with the product, the price, and the speed of delivery....highly recommend Adorama for any purchase transaction!"

"Had a horrible experience with their live chat. Made a mistake of purchasing a canon 5d mk4 here instead of anywhere else. Camera grip had buttons not working, replaced it, continues to not work making it a camera issue. However, works perfectly fine with an off brand camera grip. Don’t buy from adorama if you want properly functioning equipment or if you want your items on time, cause you’ll get fooled into purchasing the vip360 for 2 day shipping which, by the way, won’t work for half the items on their website, and won’t even work for qualified items like in my case because they have a horrible system. I don’t recommend this store to anybody. You gotta pay to ship items that won’t work back to them cause they won’t give you a return shipping label. They wont go out of their way to help you, they’ll just give you a little coupon though for your troubles."
