"I order lots of prints and tried these guys out, quality was awesome, the metal print even came with a hanger, got the print super fast, and the price seems great for what you get.

"Adoramapix work is outstanding. Adoramapix customer service is absolutely horrible. It is obvious that they are fat cats and have all the cash flow and work they want. I would STRONGLY recommend going with a company of similar or better lab work, but strives (or at least makes it look like) for customer satisfaction. The lady that I talked to (and several others complain about) could not do a better job of letting you know "I don't care about your request." The request on this occasion was to change the destination address due to the customer's change in travel plans. I sent an email that was never answered. I stayed on their "Chat" window for an hour only to see the statement "All operators are currently assisting others. Thanks for your patience. An operator will be with you shortly" repeated every two minutes. When I did get them on the phone she pounded home the well-known fact that "the delivery date is just an estimation" and when I asked for an estimation of the work load, she responded "that is another department." 2 canvases for $100 ordered three business days previous to this and she can't give me a clue as to even which week it would arrive. It was obvious that I was disturbing her with my phone call. Goodbye! There is always an up and coming merchant that will at least "engage" themselves on the phone. It is worth the search for a lab of same or better quality."

"I ordered 2 prints on aluminum because their price was lower than the other retailer I'd been using. The same files to the same size prints. From Adorama, they came back cropped, which they said was my fault. When I got in touch with them and emailed them pictures of the problem, they agreed to refund my money if I sent the prints back (at my expense) which I did. To date ( 3 months later) no refund."
"I am an amateur photographer but I know what a good print looks like. I was very surprised after reading reviews for adoramapix because they were mostly positive. However, my prints were less than satisfactory.
The finish was just about the only thing done right. They were printed much darker than I expected. I have ordered the same exact prints from other companies and they have come out much lighter and closer to what I have imagined. The images were cloudy and well, dark!
The images were also cropped originally at 8X12. When I seleceted this size print, I chose the crop setting just in case my photos were a little off. When I received the prints, there were white edges on about half of them. I used the same photoshop software and computer for all of my photos on the order. I am not quite sure how some of them were smaller than I expected especially when I selected the option that should have cropped the picture to avoid the white edges!
I am very displeased and I will not be ordering from adormapix again.
The only reason I give it two stars is because it is super cheap. If you don't care about the quality, this is a great place to get bigger prints."

"I ordered a photo book using their online editor that was needed for November 13th.. The preview function didn't show blank pages. Adorama Pix contacted me to double check that I wanted blank pages. I responded via email on 10/31 that I wanted the blank pages removed and that the editor didn't show blank pages. With no further contact, Adorama Pix canceled my order. I am now unable to get a replacement in time."

"AdoramaPix has been a favorite of mine for some time. Recently, two of my orders have been incorrect and somebody else's prints have been shipped to me. Also, my latest order from October 2, 2012 took THIRTEEN DAYS to process and ship. I'm a little less than impressed lately - looks like I'll be sticking to pro labs from now on."
