"AdoramaPix has been a favorite of mine for some time. Recently, two of my orders have been incorrect and somebody else's prints have been shipped to me. Also, my latest order from October 2, 2012 took THIRTEEN DAYS to process and ship. I'm a little less than impressed lately - looks like I'll be sticking to pro labs from now on."

"Musictoday is the procrastinator of ticket sellers. I pre-ordered tickets on Sept 2 for a Dec 27 show, and the tickets still have not arrived. Multiple calls later, Musictoday tells me that they will not go out until 10 days before the show. The disclaimer reads "if your tickets have not arrived 2 weeks prior to the show please call" so now it is appropriate for them to WAIT to send the tickets within the two week window, over the holiday mail time?? Ticketmaster also issues the 2-week disclaimer, but their tickets never arrive that late. I normally have my tickets from Ticketmaster days after I order, since they don't procrastinate like this worthless company does. I am extremely annoyed and disappointed in the way Musictoday handles their ticket sales/shipping. I will never purchase through them again, even if it is for a show pre-order. Their service is severely disappointing."

"Purchased a pair of Belleville 650 boots. Meant to puchase Belleville 650ST boots, but reaching anybody to cancel this order was nearly impossible!! They do not pick up their Customer Service line, and e-mails are not responded to. The woman in GSA could not help and would just hang up instead of pointing me in the right direction. I finally found their listing of Customer Service Associates online and started going down the list. 25+ phone calls later, I finally reached someone who answered their phone and canceled my order."

"B&H Photo is my source for everything photo, video and graphic design related. I've been reading many negative reviews about B&H Photo, and all I can say is that customers need to use their head when they order items that "Ship from Manufacturer" where B&H is only the middle man. If you are expecting a fast turnaround on a manufacturer-shipped item, then you need what some people call Prior Proper Planning. The only negative is that they shut down for many holidays, but I also keep a few other sources on hand for these times. If B&H is not closed, I don't go anywhere else! Otherwise, their prices have been the best, their shipping rates are always fair, and their service and ease of returns has been phenomenal! I have been a return customer for years and will continue to be."
