"Website could use to be more user friendly. It is frustrating finding something you want but in a plus size and having to then go search for it. It would be nice if both plus and smaller sizes were all together. In my opinion your website is geared more towards women and it’s the husbands that will spend more on their wife’s over the course of a year. "

"Having bought many sets over the years, lately shipping is constantly being delayed. Paying for what is supposed to be 3 day shipping and receiving it 4 or 5 days after isn't exactly getting what you pay for. Two weeks for standard shipping when it's supposed to be 5-7 days, doesn't matter it's free but when you say here's the delivery date window work to make that the delivery window rather than seeing messages of "Oh were sorry it's delayed" and offer nothing as in priority shipping on us next time. Ditch the 3rd party aka Pitney Bowes and ship direct. "

"At first I had a great experience, the lingerie is beautiful yet affordable. Then a few weeks after my purchase, I was charged $39.95 out of the blue for a “membership” I didn’t even sign up for?! This seems ridiculous. I will be canceling whatever membership this is and demanding a refund. I will also not be purchasing again from AdoreMe out of fear I will get charged another membership fee! "Let me just start by saying I have purchased a LOT of lingerie from Adore Me, but this last shopping experience was definitely less than stellar. I was one order away from a free set so I placed an order for one item not realizing using a five dollar coupon would keep the set from counting towards my free set, my fault, customer service could not remove the five dollar coupon so I had to re-order without the coupon but now the set was on sale so I had to wait five days to do so. I ordered the item. I then ordered my free set, then when I went to return the original item there was a five dollar restocking fee even though it was really an exchange I had just already bought the replacement item, they refused to work with me on that so I either pay the restocking fee and be out the five dollars or do an exchange for a credit towards a later purchase, I am not happy. "
