"Order #413368856 was placed on 2/10 despite that order #413356879 was placed on 2/8 and less than 30 min called customer service to cancel order (according to cancellation policy) and was told that system processed it. Anyways, received a message on the 10th of Feb advising that order got cancelled and new order instead was placed, was promissed delivery date between 14-16, item was received 2/20 even tho I paid extra to expedite order. I can provide and or further details if you like.

They literally read right from their "script" on "what to do when we mess up." It was like talking to a robot. Use your brain and fix the problem. Needless to say I cancelled my monthly subscription. "I have been purchasing all sorts of lingerie for about 2 years now. The bras and underwear are great, no issues with them, especially at this price. I had read that the more everyday contour bras aren't the greatest, but I actually really like them. However, the sizing on the negligees and pajamas are a unpredictable. Sometimes large is super small, other times it fits fine."

"I had made an order where an item was removed because size was out of stock. The order shipped but I had to request a refund for that item they didn’t just provide it. I was able to do another order and that item was now available. One of my orders had a duty charge more than the items inside were worth. I refused the items and still have yet to be created back for the original shipment. "
