"I ordered two sets. Both sets had something wrong with them. One was damaged, which is not their fault, the other was missing the underwear. On top of that, I was sent a bra I didn’t order. So out of an order of two, there were three things wrong.
I contacted them, told them what was wrong, and expected an apology and a response of sending a replacement for both the defective item and the missing item. I offered to send back the incorrect item.
They told me to keep the incorrect item, and then that I would have to return all the items to have the two pieces replaced.
Aside from the fact that they put the burden on the person who didn’t screw up the order, they no longer had my size in the bra of the ones that with the missing underwear, and frankly I didn’t trust them to get anything right.
It took over a month to get it resolved, and even then, I had to do weird arrangements on the website, and complain nearly 2 or three times a week before somebody would finally allow me to have my items replaced.
And by the way, I still had to get full sets, rather than replacing the single piece. They gave me some song and dance about how they can’t do that, and yet in my order alone, there were two singular pieces. And since the sets are made up with the order, since there are often multiple styles of underwear, and there are different sizes, their claim is specious at best. Oh, and for the “free“ replacements, I was charged a penny each. It’s not a huge charge, so that’s no big deal, and I actually take a little pleasure in the fact that it cost them over a dollar to process my penny each time.
I will never do business with them again. I recommend the same for you."
