"My wife ordered a number of outfits for a boudoir shoot that she had to cancel, the shipping was delayed over 10days because Adore me goes for the cheapest route possible. Her order is delayed since they used USPS to Pitney Bowes. Money out the window and Adorme basically said too bad."

"I ordered multiple items which overall have been great! Unfortunately I had to send almost all of them back after the first order, because I used their sizing chart and measured according to their site and everything was too small!!! Returning and exchanging was made pretty easy, although I did have to order the exchanges one by one. I also had to pay express shipping for each exchange order to get it on time since their sizing chart was so misleading and it only allows exchanges one at a time. You have a better chance of just ordering whatever size you normally wear, or use their size chart and go up 1-2 sizes."
"I purchase clothing from another online clothing shop and receive my orders within a few days. When I return my items to DK I immediately (same day) get credited to either my bankcard or store credit. It takes a really long time for Adore to ship my items. I’ve now been waiting 17 days for a bathing suit to show up in my mail. Then it seems like the carrier Adore uses is super slow. Also the dates they send me for delivery are almost always postponed. Adore me sends me “sorry” for shipping delay emails; whatever!
My other very big issue with Adore Me is that I can purchase a lot of items but I am only allowed to exchange ONE at a time. I have to wait over a month to get all my items exchanged. Meaning Adore Me makes me keep all the items I purchased until they allow me a return voucher. Sizes are so random, this is why I return 90% of what I purchase. I have bought 3 bras and all will fit differently. One is too small, others too big! You cannot rely on what you think your size is. When I am able to return/exchange items fully I’ll be leaving Adore Me. "

"I was very excited to try on my new bra, only to find out it was sewn with the strap twisted and defective. Rather than asking me to take a picture of the defective product and simply shipping me a non-defective product, I had to repackage the defective bra set, print my own return label, and drive to the post office to ship it back and get an exchange. After all that, the product I wanted and initially ordered was sold out. Adore Me has the most backwards and punishing return policy, especially considering I was already annoyed over receiving a defective product."

"So I made a large order. 8 items around $120+. As a vip member, they claim that you can buy 5 sets and get 1 set free (if you pay full price). Which isn’t a bad deal. So I bought a set in that order. But then of the 8 items I ordered, I got 3. 5 items were canceled and not shipped. They gave me redemption coupons for the price of the items I paid as well as $5 of store credit. Ok, fine. I can live with that customer recovery. However, watching the site, I find all the things that were canceled get restocked in my size. So I “purchase” the items with the voucher coupon, including my full set. However, come to find out that I can’t get my free set because the set I bought (that I paid for) doesn’t qualify because I had to repurchase it with a redemption voucher. So the fact I had to rehunt my items down and then don’t get the free set, slightly annoying. "
"I choose the option to pay for priority shipping however, I did not receive the package on time, nor did I receive anything other than an automated email stating that my package has been delayed. It would have been nice to get a different email since I paid additional shipping. I am a VIP member and place orders very often outside of the $39.95 a month that I pay."
"I have been very satisfied with the convenience of being able to try on items at home without the pressure of a salesperson. Being able to return items with no questions asked adds to the pleasant experience. It is a joy to shop this way."

"My shipment did not come and was lost. I was told I would receive a refund to my card for the membership that I was accidentally signed up for and online store credit for the items in my package. I used the store credit and realized they had given me more store credit than I had expected. I assumed it was a gift and paid for expedited shipping on my products. Unfortunately, that credit was the membership refund which had not been credited to my card but rather to my account. This was not communicated properly and the whole process was such a mess. I would be hesitant to purchase again from Adore Me as the process is super complicated (even for a tech savvy millennial like myself) and not worth the potential error."
"I've ordered twice now outside of box subscriptions and you get an email stating your order has shipped a good week if not longer before it actually ships. Currently I'm still waiting on order #2 which was ordered June 28th. Showed shipped from NY then is suddenly in CA where it takes days to move. Their product holds up great and is comfy but don't order if you're in a rush unless you plan to upgrade shipping.
