Items take 3 weeks to arrive and each time I get an email apologizing for the item being delayed. It is so frustrating. It would be one thing if the estimates were correct and took forever, but to expect the items within a week and have it take 3x longer is just obnoxious."

"The sets are cute, and not bad pricing of you are buying only as infrequently worn lingerie. However, they are pricey if you are looking for a good bra. I bought 2 **** colored sets to wear under tshirts and both came with impossible to remove creases from shipping, so I can not wear them under anything fitted because it looks like I have a dent. Plus all of the up charges. Also, when I initiated a free exchange, I had already been charged the $40 per month fee, and the additional $19 in tax, then had to pay an additional $19 to get the same replacement. And, the number of texts and emails is ridiculous! I got push alerts past 10pm at night, sometimes 3 or more in a day. The commercials show lovely boxes of lingerie, but they are really shipped in plastic bags, so anything with a lined or formed cup was ruined. Very disappointed. If you want some cute lingerie that your only going to wear for a few minutes, this might be a good option. But the quality is not what you would expect for a $60- $80 bra, and they are not crafted to enhance your ****, they work more like minimizers, "

"I did have a little bit of issues with the box getting delivered but that’s about it, I had to one of my boxes have been canceled and I had ordered it before the end of the year and then the second box took forever to get here but I got it already. Everything was good and nice but that was my only issue that it was taking too long for me to get the stuff But overall experience it was OK. I’ll give you four stars for now. We’ll see how you do but I think shipping wise issue you should work on that my opinion with all due respect because that is way too long to wait for products I waited, almost a month to get something , but I liked everything I got I just didn’t like the wait time "

"Twice it took more than 15 days for my order to come to me, they sent me several apologetic emails that were canned, and it was not until I asked explicitly for a ship date that anything left the warehouse.
