"The experience on site was fine overall, but I paid for faster shipping and it took over two weeks to get to my house. I realize it's the holiday and Adore Me kept me updated, but not getting a credit for the shipping charge was disappointing. "I ordered some items on November 28th for my husbands stocking. That did not arrive until January 1. I got several emails that just said sorry it’s taking so long. Then on 12/19 they marked the items shipped but were not handed off to the carrier until 12/29. So they held on to it for 10 days but because it was marked as shipped it makes it seem like they didn’t have such a terrible turn around. "

"I ordered 2 gift cards for Christmas on on 12/13/22 the website told me they word be delivered in time for Christmas so I ordered the actual card and not an E card. Well I did not get the cards until after Christmas and on 2 different days. Customer service when called could not expedite the process for me but offered to cancel the order for me, and offered no other solution. "
