"Found Adorlla.com while searching for picture frames for my daughter’s school pictures K-12. Since I never had shopped here before I checked out reviews and made sure it was legit. No where did it say product was coming from China. I wish I would have known that before purchasing to save myself the hassle. It’s been a few weeks and the PLYWOOD is separating on both frames. Nor did it come with glass or have an acrylic clear sheet to protect your pictures. It should at least have that for the price. It’s a $30 maybe $40 product being sold for $160. If this didn’t come from China I would return it ASAP and get my money back but I already had to deal with the shipping being returned half way and being told to go check with the postal office when I reached out to inquire information. Never shopping here again!! "
"Not only did the items I ordered, a lamp and gift box, come weeks late, but the lamp was snapped in half and the gift box was crumpled. It took 6 emails over the span of a week to reach customer service, and their final response asked me to fix the lamp myself. The best they would offer was a 20% refund for a lamp that was 100% broken.

When contacting the company about a full refund, they sent me their refund policy that states that if you request the refund 48 hours after ordering it, you only get a partial refund due to “restocking/processing fees.” What exactly they need to restock or process from my 4 week old order is beyond me. "Don't order anything from this site, EVER! I saw an ad on Facebook for this cute personalized flower pots and thought it would be a great gift for my mom for Mother's Day. I was aware that the pot probably wouldn't arrive before Mother day as I did order 2 weeks before and personalized items tend to take longer. Fast forward 5 weeks later and my mom FINALLY received her pot but it was completely damaged. She could hear the rattle of the broken pieces when she lived the box off the door step. She sent me pictures of the packaging and the broken pot, and I immediately messaged the customer service at Adorlla attaching the pictures and my purchase confirmation. The response I got left me baffled. The service representative told me they were sorry and offered me 20% of my purchase as a refund! THIS IS ABSURD!! What disrespect this company has for their customers. This pot cost me over $50 and they want to refund me a mere 20% of that for a pot that arrived broken and almost an entire month AFTER Mother's Day as passed?? Shame on them! Please, don't let anyone buy from this company, they are a scam!!!"
"I put an order on april 29th, apparently the processing time was 2-9 days and the shipping time 2-18 days. On may 13th i wrote an email to ask for a tracking number and I was advertised that the processing+shipping time was 15-23 business days and that my orden was processing. I waited 23 business days from the order to claim a refund because I haven't the tracking number nor the product. They response that I have to wait 1 or 2 weeks more. They don't want to refund my money after more than one month."
"I ordered an anniversary family tree sign (engraved) for my aunt/uncle and paid an extra $25 for rush shipping. I read their website and it didn't indicate any production delays or issues that would let a customer know your order won't arrive anytime soon. So the date passes and I email to find out what the status is and I was asked to wait an additional week due to Mother's Day orders. Frustrated but I agree as it was already past the needed date. They told me they would refund me the rush shipping since it was no longer necessary. I wait another week and email again and was told it was in production. I wait another week and started to escalate some sense of urgency as it's now 2+ weeks later and it would still have to ship out. We are now 28 days from order date and I suggest it's time for a refund it they don't have it completed. I am then told I could receive a partial refund due to their policies. This experience should be used as a training for how customer service should not operate. I've been ripped off before but at least it was quick and painless. I will not devote the same 4 weeks of energy to warning others about this company. Awful!"
